Our Services

By submitting an Order and making a payment, the Client is acquiring the Product exclusively for their own authorized use. All Products and Services delivered by Cambridge Publishings are rendered on a non-refundable basis and are offered without guarantees of any sort, either explicit or implicit, except as specifically stated in these Terms. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to read, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any Order or payment. Proceeding with an Order constitutes full agreement with these Terms.

Refund Policy

Cambridge Publishings operates a non-refundable service model. Once an Order has been confirmed and work has commenced, the professional time, creative resources, and expertise invested in the project cannot be recovered, and refunds will not be issued as a standard course of action. Cambridge Publishings is fully committed to the satisfaction of every Client and will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns, address feedback, and deliver outcomes that meet or exceed agreed expectations. In exceptional circumstances and entirely at the Company's discretion, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No such consideration implies a precedent or obligation for future refund requests.

Copyright & Ownership

All written, creative, and visual content produced and delivered to the Client by Cambridge Publishings is entirely original and created specifically for that Client's project. Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, complete ownership and copyright of all delivered materials transfer unconditionally to the Client. Cambridge Publishings retains no licensing rights, reproduction rights, or proprietary claim over any content produced for a Client. The Client agrees to take full responsibility for the lawful and authorized use of all delivered materials and agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless Cambridge Publishings and its associates from any allegations, damages, or legal proceedings that result from unauthorized, improper, or unlawful use of the delivered content or any materials made available through this Website.

Originality & Plagiarism Policy

Cambridge Publishings is unequivocally committed to the production of original, plagiarism-free content. We do not participate in, encourage, facilitate, or knowingly support any form of plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or copyright infringement in any of our work. All content produced by our team is created from original research, creative development, and professional writing and is verified for originality before delivery.

Cambridge Publishings, its team members, affiliates, and partners assume no accountability for any outcomes resulting from the unauthorized, unethical, or illegal use of materials delivered to a Client. This includes, but is not limited to, any academic, legal, professional, or reputational consequences. The Client holds complete and exclusive responsibility for how they choose to use any material received from Cambridge Publishings, and agrees to use all materials in full compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

Revision Policy

Editing Services: Cambridge Publishings will conduct revisions to ensure that the edited content is free from objective errors and meets the agreed technical and stylistic standards. Where the content already meets these standards, any additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope will be handled at the Company's discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

Ghostwriting Services: Cambridge Publishings will revise individual sections of the manuscript until those sections have received the Client's explicit written approval. Once a section has been approved by the Client, any subsequent request to revise that approved content will be treated as a new editing request and may be billed at the applicable editing rate. The total number of revision rounds available to the Client is governed by the terms of the specific package selected at the time of Order.

Publishing Consultation & Non-Guarantee of Publication

Cambridge Publishings provides publishing consultation as a complimentary component of full manuscript service packages. This consultation may be delivered via email correspondence, telephone call, or written notes attached to the delivered materials, at the Company's discretion. While we are committed to offering expert guidance and genuine publishing insight as part of this consultation, Cambridge Publishings makes no guarantee, promise, or representation that the use of our services — or any advice or recommendations provided as part of a publishing consultation — will result in the Client's manuscript being accepted, published, or distributed by any third-party publisher, literary agent, or retail platform. Similarly, we do not guarantee a minimum or specific number of consultation hours or communications.

Third-Party Links

This Website may, from time to time, contain hyperlinks to external websites for informational or reference purposes. The inclusion of any such link does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, sponsorship, or approval of the linked website or its content by Cambridge Publishings. We exercise no control over the content, accuracy, security, or availability of any external websites and accept no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of linked third-party sites. The Client further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cambridge Publishings and its affiliated parties from any third-party claim, demand, suit, or proceeding — including associated legal fees — arising from the Client's use of our services, any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Client, any infringement by the Client of a third party's rights, or any other act or omission attributable to the Client. In no event shall Cambridge Publishings be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, whether or not Cambridge Publishings has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some areas do not allow for the exclusion of consequential damages, and in such cases the above limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
